If you're having issues synchronising your Apple Health activity in Active please try the following steps:
1. Check your internet connection
Ensure you're connected to the internet. Either disable or enable WIFI if needed.
2. Check your steps in Apple Health
Open your Apple Health app.
Scroll down to the section called "Steps", wait a minute for Apple to adjust your step count and take note of this.
3. Open Active Wellbeing app and resync
Launch the Active Wellbeing app and navigate to your profile, select the "Steps" option under "Connected Health Apps"
Select the "Resync" option under the settings menu.
4. Check your history
Once the sync is complete scroll down to the "History" section and ensure your steps match Apple Health's number from step 2.
