If you're having issues reconciling your Apple Watch activity in the Active app try the following:
- Check your internet connection and make sure you are connected (disable wifi if needed)
- Launch the Apple Health app and make sure your activity is being captured accurately from your Apple Watch (for help on Apple Health refer to - link to Apple Health support)
- Launch the Active app and navigate to your profile (“Me”)
- Select ‘Resync’ from the Connected Health Apps menu
- Wait for the sync to finish - this may take a minute.
